Inspection area can be set automatically by using die-cut data (DXF-CAD) for mask processing in PQS-D quality inspection. Limiting the inspection area prevents productivity loss due to defects occurring in areas where inspection is not required.

Master check function

Minimizes the risk ベラ ジョン カジノ 遊び方aper waste by early detection of defects such as plate mounting mistake, garbled or missing characters that cannot be detected by the normal quality inspection function (comparison of images captured with a camera).

Automated guided vehicle Nipper

The Nipper is a compact automated vehicle for unmanned internal pallet transport in printing factory. Nipper moves in ベラ ジョン カジノ 遊び方rinting press for supplying paper pile to feeder and removing printed sheets pile from delivery to transport it to postpress section.
Installation and connection of roller conveyor to press are not needed, so factory layout and transport line can be flexibly changed.
Waste time between production process is eliminated, greatly reducing operator's labor for paper transport work
